To ensure effective collaboration between teacher and student, and to guarantee transparent and uninterrupted classes, we have established the following guidelines:
Cancellation or Rescheduling of Classes
Advance Notification: For cancellations or schedule changes, we request communication at least one day in advance.
Consequences of Unnotified Cancellations: Cancellations without prior notification will not be entitled to a make-up session, regardless of the reason.
Payment
Contracting: Classes are contracted in monthly packages, with advance payment.
Refund Policy: Once made, the payment will not be refunded.
Confirmation: Classes will only be conducted after payment confirmation. It is necessary to send the payment receipt every month to the email: aulasporskype@gmail.com.
Make-up Classes
Timeframe for Make-up: Cancelled classes will be rescheduled within six days after the cancellation date, at times that do not interfere with your regular schedule.
Make-up Policy: Make-up classes cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are not cumulative for the next package.
Attendance
Monthly Commitment: Payment is monthly, regardless of the student’s attendance.
Absences: If it is necessary to be absent for some time, it is important to inform the teacher.
Self-study
Importance: We encourage dedicating time to review the content learned in class, suggesting self-study of 30 minutes for each hour of class.
Commitment: Commitment to study is vital for the student’s success.
Internet Connection
Requirements: Before opting for online classes, ensure that the quality of your internet connection is adequate, recommending a connection of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibility: Connection problems or power outages are the student’s responsibility.
Commitment
Punctuality: It is crucial to establish a good relationship between teacher and student, including punctuality in the trial class.
Teacher-Student Relationship: Commitment and trust are fundamental for a solid relationship.
