Guidelines for Mutual Collaboration in Classes

To ensure effective collaboration between teacher and student, and to guarantee transparent and uninterrupted classes, we have established the following guidelines:

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Classes

• Advance Notification: For cancellations or schedule changes, we request communication at least one day in advance.
• Consequences of Unnotified Cancellations: Cancellations without prior notification will not be entitled to a make-up session, regardless of the reason.

Payment

• Contracting: Classes are contracted in monthly packages, with advance payment.
• Refund Policy: Once made, the payment will not be refunded.
• Confirmation: Classes will only be conducted after payment confirmation. It is necessary to send the payment receipt every month to the email: aulasporskype@gmail.com.

Make-up Classes

• Timeframe for Make-up: Cancelled classes will be rescheduled within six days after the cancellation date, at times that do not interfere with your regular schedule.
• Make-up Policy: Make-up classes cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are not cumulative for the next package.

Attendance

• Monthly Commitment: Payment is monthly, regardless of the student’s attendance.
• Absences: If it is necessary to be absent for some time, it is important to inform the teacher.

Self-study

• Importance: We encourage dedicating time to review the content learned in class, suggesting self-study of 30 minutes for each hour of class.
• Commitment: Commitment to study is vital for the student’s success.

Internet Connection

• Requirements: Before opting for online classes, ensure that the quality of your internet connection is adequate, recommending a connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Responsibility: Connection problems or power outages are the student’s responsibility.

Commitment

• Punctuality: It is crucial to establish a good relationship between teacher and student, including punctuality in the trial class.
• Teacher-Student Relationship: Commitment and trust are fundamental for a solid relationship.

Directrices para la Colaboración Mutua en Clases

Para asegurar una colaboración efectiva entre el profesor y el alumno, y garantizar clases transparentes y sin interrupciones, hemos establecido las siguientes directrices:

Cancelación o Cambio de Clases

• Notificación Anticipada: Para cancelaciones o cambios de horario, solicitamos una comunicación con al menos un día de antelación.
• Consecuencias de Cancelaciones sin Aviso: Cancelaciones sin notificación previa no tendrán derecho a reposición, independientemente del motivo.

Pago

• Contratación: Las clases se contratan en paquetes mensuales, con pago anticipado.
• Política de Reembolso: Una vez realizado, el pago no será reembolsado.
• Confirmación: Las clases se impartirán solo después de la confirmación del pago. Es necesario enviar el comprobante de pago todos los meses al correo: aulasporskype@gmail.com.

Reposición de Clases

• Plazo para Reposición: Las clases canceladas serán repuestas en hasta seis días después de la fecha de cancelación, en horarios que no interfieran con su horario habitual.

Frecuencia

• Compromiso Mensual: El pago es mensual, independiente de la frecuencia del alumno.

Estudio Autónomo

• Importancia: Animamos a dedicar tiempo para revisar el contenido aprendido, sugiriendo un estudio autónomo de 30 minutos por cada hora de clase.
• Compromiso: El compromiso con el estudio es vital para el éxito del alumno.

Conexión a Internet

• Requisitos: Antes de optar por las clases en línea, asegúrese de que la calidad de su conexión a internet sea adecuada, recomendando una conexión de, al menos, 10 Mbps.
• Responsabilidad: Problemas de conexión o fallos de energía son responsabilidad del alumno.

Compromiso
