The online English classes I offer are carefully structured to promote an effective and collaborative learning environment. To ensure that both the student and the teacher can make the most of each session, we have adopted the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling of Classes: We understand that unforeseen events happen. However, for better organization, any need to cancel or reschedule a class must be communicated at least one day in advance. This allows us to reschedule your session without compromising the learning process. Remember that cancellations without prior notification will not be eligible for makeup.
2. Payment: Classes are organized into monthly packages and require advance payment. Once made, the payment is non-refundable. Classes will only be taught after payment confirmation. Please always send the payment receipt to the email aulasporskype@gmail.com.
3. Makeup Classes: We offer the possibility to make up for canceled classes within six days after the original date, subject to availability of times that fit the regular schedule. Makeup classes cannot be canceled or rescheduled and are not cumulative for the following month.
4. Attendance: It is essential that payment is made regularly every month, regardless of the frequency of attended classes. If you need to be absent for a period, please inform in advance so we can adjust the class schedule as necessary.
5. Independent Study: To maximize your progress, we recommend dedicating at least 30 minutes of independent study for every hour of class. Success in learning a new language is directly linked to your engagement and continuous effort outside of classes.
6. Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and fast (minimum of 10 Mbps) to avoid interruptions during classes. Technical issues such as internet failures or power outages are the student’s responsibility and can affect the continuity of the classes.
7. Commitment: Punctuality is essential. This includes the trial class, which is crucial for establishing a relationship of trust and mutual respect. Commitment to the classes shows seriousness and facilitates more effective and rewarding learning.
